Belek Golf Shuttle arranges private airport and golf course transfers in Belek, Antalya, Turkey. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Belek Golf Shuttle. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Transfers are operated by our licensed local transport partners.

2. What information we collect

When you ask for a quote or book a transfer, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Your flight number, arrival and departure dates and times
• Pick-up and drop-off locations, such as your hotel or golf course
• The number of passengers and golf bags, and any special requests (for example, child seats)
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email

Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health details or payment card numbers. We don't need it, and we don't take payment online.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
• To arrange and manage your transfers, including tracking your flight so your driver arrives at the right time
• To keep in touch with you before and during your stay, for example about pick-up times
• If you join our Members Club, to apply your discount and occasionally tell you about offers. You can opt out at any time.

Under UK data protection law, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps to provide the service you asked for (contract), our legitimate interest in running and improving our service, and your consent for marketing messages.

4. Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to provide your transfer:

• Your driver and the local transport company that carries out your transfer receive your name, phone number, flight and pick-up details.
• Service providers that help us run the business: WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Google Workspace for email, and our website host. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We never sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

We are based in Turkey, and your information is used here to arrange your transfers. Some of our service providers may store data in other countries, including the UK, the EU and the USA. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking details for up to 2 years after your trip, so we can help with any questions and recognise returning guests. Members Club details are kept until you leave the club. After that, we delete or anonymise your information, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Cookies and this website

This website doesn't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Our web host may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

When you press a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens on your device and Meta's privacy policy applies to that conversation.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing messages
• Limit or object to how we use your information
